Tiffany R. Woo, Esq. - Associate Attorney

Tiffany is admitted to the State Bar of California and is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association. Tiffany aspires to be active with the SCCBA, Family Law Section, and seeks to obtain her certification as Minor’s Counsel, as she has a strong interest in matters as it pertains to children in Family Court. Tiffany’s practice includes representing clients in custody disputes, divorce, paternity, child support, and property division. Tiffany is committed to volunteering her time to provide pro bono legal services to clients of limited means through the Pro Bono Project, a local non-profit legal aid organization.
 
Prior to her employment at the firm, she served as Special Deputy Attorney General at the Office of the Attorney General in the Executive Division during Senator Kamala Harris’ time as Attorney General for a period of over two years. Tiffany co-wrote In School + On Track 2015, Senator Harris’ annual truancy report on California’s elementary school truancy and absenteeism crisis while at the Office of the Attorney General
 
Tiffany graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2013. During law school, Tiffany was an extern at the Children’s Law Center of Sacramento, in which she devoted time to represent abused and/or neglected children.
 
Prior to law school, Tiffany graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts in History. During her spare time, Tiffany tutored elementary school children in reading and comprehension. Tiffany also volunteers as an assistant coach in figure skating and loves working with children. Tiffany was once a competitive figure skater.
